Your strategy is reviewed and fine-tuned by a person before it reaches you. Every redemption is booked by a person. Day-to-day answers are software-led, and a person steps in when needed.
Estimates are estimates
Point valuations are estimates based on common redemption benchmarks. Actual value depends on how and when you redeem. Calculator figures are estimates, not a projection of your results.

Award pricing and award space change constantly and we control neither. Not a guarantee of any outcome.

How the desk keeps current
First Officer keeps track of each program's published rules and keeps them current as they change. Nothing here is provided by, connected to or speaking for those programs. A person reviews every booking before it happens.
Who it is for
US businesses only. The monthly fee is $550, month to month. Award booking is a separate $500 per itinerary.
