What First Officer Is
First Officer by UpNonStop™ is an AI-powered loyalty points advisory service delivered via WhatsApp. We help you understand your credit card rewards, optimize card usage, track expiring credits, and plan award travel — all through conversational intelligence.
AI-Generated Recommendations
First Officer uses artificial intelligence (including models from Anthropic/Claude) to analyze your rewards portfolio and generate personalized recommendations. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, AI-generated information can contain errors. You should always verify recommendations before acting on them — especially before making transfers, bookings, or card applications.
Subscription & Billing
First Officer is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewal each billing cycle at your plan's current rate. Pricing may change with at least 30 days' written notice before the new rate takes effect.
Your subscription begins on the date you first subscribe and renews on the same date each month.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you'll retain access to the service until then. After cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active through the end of that cycle, but no prorated refund will be provided.
Award Booking Service
Award booking is available for $500 per booking, regardless of party size. This fee covers research, execution, phone calls to airline and hotel partners, and backup routing. The booking fee is non-refundable once execution begins — that means once we start transferring points, placing holds, or making calls on your behalf.
No Credential Storage
Our software and AI tools never store your loyalty program passwords, credit card login credentials, or banking credentials. Where wallet connections exist, they use secure OAuth authorization. Our automated systems never ask for or retain your login passwords.
Data Handling & Privacy
Your data is stored with row-level isolation in Supabase, meaning every client's data is completely separated at the infrastructure level. We are compliant with both CCPA and GDPR. You can request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting us, and we will complete deletion within 30 days.

Your Responsibilities
As a First Officer user, you agree to:
- Verify all recommendations before acting on them, including point transfers, card applications, and bookings
- Provide accurate information about your cards, balances, and travel goals
- Not share your First Officer account access with others outside your plan's account limit
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpNonStop and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of points, loss of award availability, missed bookings, or loss of promotional value — arising from your use of First Officer.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
First Officer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of New Jersey.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
