There are three ways to give the desk your spend, and they all lead to the same Friday report. The only difference is who carries it: you, in your own words; you, once a month; or a connection that carries it for you. Every one is read-only. None of them lets us move a dollar.

Nothing here is a level and nothing waits on you. The desk starts from what you said in your check and gets sharper with whatever you add. Pick per card, switch whenever you want, and the Friday report simply says where each line came from.

Say it in WhatsApp. Which cards the business spends on, roughly what runs through each, and what is coming up. The desk works from your words and asks when something is missing.

The rules that do not move.
We cannot move it
No payments, no transfers, no purchases. Every connection is read-only at the technical level, not as a policy we promise to follow.
We never hold them
We do not see, collect or store passwords or card logins. Connections run through a regulated aggregator that keeps credentials away from us entirely.
They stay yours
Points remain in your loyalty accounts and you make the transfers. The exception is the separate $500 award search, when you want the desk hunting one specific trip.

A read-only connection is revoked at your bank or through the aggregator, not by asking us. It stops immediately and we lose the feed the moment you do it. Statements are forgotten on one reply. Ask us to delete what we hold and we confirm in writing. The detail is on the data rights page and in Trust and Security.
